Hi, I'm Gloria, and welcome to Delve Yoga - a space created for you to explore and discover more about your body, mind and spirit.
I created Delve Yoga to provide private yoga sessions, designed specifically for you. We are all different and while I love the energy of a group class, it is not possible to personalise a large yoga session.
I want to celebrate our differences and honour the ancient tradition of teaching one-on-one. Yoga was traditionally only taught to individuals and progress was catered to the ability of the student.
With authentic guidance and 100% focus on you, I will help you uncover your true potential with personalised yoga poses and breathing techniques… Think of it as personal training for the body, brain and breath.
Once you invest time and energy into discovering your abilities, you will build a stronger connection to yourself and the people around you.

Each session is customised to your personal needs and designed for you after initial consultation and assessment. In the first session, we will do a mobility assessment, go through any injuries and set out your personal goals.
A minimum of three sessions is recommended to start your yoga journey. We will focus on strength, mobility and flexibility and I will guide you to move in ways that make YOU feel good

I am passionate about yoga and have been teaching for over 15 years, first in Sydney and now located in Berry, on the NSW Coast.
I believe personal classes are the best way to give you the tools for safe movement and mindfulness. I will explain the how and the why of the work we do and embrace the fact that each one of us is unique.
Classes can be taught in your home or in a small private studio in Berry. Sometimes work is done outdoors to access equipment.
